We will replace the unit if the compressor (that's the heart of the system) fails in the first year of operation. If the heat exchanger (the major furnace component) fails in the first year of operation, we will replace the furnace with like product. Product registration is required. Please see warranty details for more information.
Upon product registration, we will extend the 20-year heat exchanger warranty to a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Product registration is required. Please see warranty details for more information.
To take advantage of these enhanced warranties, product must be registered within 60 days of installation or within 60 days of occupancy of a newly constructed residential.
